Daha önce CreateFeedDocument isteği ile alınan feedDocumentId, bu endpoint’te inputFeedDocumentId alanına yerleştirilerek UPLOAD_VAT_INVOICE tipinde bir feed oluşturulur. Feed oluşturulduktan sonra Amazon, faturayı asenkron olarak işler.
